✅ Application Qualifications

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport

• Be in good health, aged between 18 and 25 years (in principle)

• Have no criminal record and agree to abide by Chinese laws and university regulations

• Possess the required academic background:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent for undergraduate applicants

📝 Required Application Documents

Applicants must ensure all submitted documents are genuine and accurate. Any falsified material will result in disqualification.

• Valid passport scan (must be valid for at least 18 months)

• Current residence permit (for applicants already in China; valid for at least 30 days)

• Physical Examination Certificate (issued within the last 6 months)

• Police Clearance/Non-Criminal Record (issued within the last 6 months)

• High School Graduation Certificate (Notarized)

  • If still in school, submit a completion attestation from the school

• Academic Transcript

  • Must show a total score of B grade (60–70%) or above

  • Each subject must have at least 65%

• Bank Statement or deposit certificate with at least USD 20,000 (or equivalent)

• Self-introduction video (Minimum 1 minute in English; varies by university – consult Seekcrest)

• Scanned documents of financial guarantor

• All documents must be uploaded online; originals are required during enrollment

📌 Admission Conditions

Admission is granted based on the following:

• Verification of all submitted documents

• Successful video interview (if required)

• Payment of enrollment deposit as stated in the pre-admission notice

• On-time reporting to the university

• Passing the medical examination

• Passing the university’s entrance exam

• Timely payment of all required fees (tuition, insurance, accommodation, etc.)

• No violation of Chinese laws or school regulations

📬 Application Procedures

1. Contact Seekcrest Consultants

2. Register and submit documents online via www.seekcrestedu.com

   • Only one application per person. Do not submit duplicates.

3. Sign agreement with Tianlian Educational

4. Pay the application fee of USD 100

   • Transfer to the official Tianlian account and send receipt to info@seekcrest.com

5. University reviews materials and may invite qualified applicants to a video interview

6. Seekcrest updates pre-admission notice in your student portal

7. Applicant pays enrollment deposit directly to the university

8. If unable to report due to visa denial, illness, or accidents, refunds are possible upon submission of official proof. Refunds are not granted for personal reasons

9. Upon university approval, Seekcrest uploads official admission notice and JW202 form to your student portal
